Lift Lean is a programme designed for women, great for all women but particularly beneficial for mid-life women.
The workouts are designed to help re-build the lean muscle that we lose, and in turn, this will increase the metabolism and help you manage your weight.
The sessions are 30 minutes or less, including warm-up and cooldown, and cater for all levels.
