I specialise in women's health and fitness.  I'm a Henpicked accredited menopause advocate and menopause advisor for NHS staff, and I have a passion for helping peri to post menopause women.   Exercise really is one of the best medicines, and lifestyle can play a huge part of your menopause journey, whether you're on HRT or not.  

I believe fitness is for everyone, and once you find something you enjoy, you won't turn back.  Whether you want to manage your weight, gain strength, improve your mobility and flexibilty, increase your cardio fitness, add a little definition, feel good about yourself and improve your health confidence, or manage your menopause, I can help you get where you want to be.  I believe exercise should be simple, enjoyable, and achieveable.   I will guide, motivate and challenge you to achieve your goals.   

I offer 1:1 and small group personal training and Pilates, community classes, online and on-demand content, and corporate packages.  I currently provide online exercise provision for Hampshire & IOW NHS, under their health and wellbeing and menopause programme. 

I always keep stay on top of latest research and love learning; I'm currently studying L4 RSHP Nutrition, which will allow me to provide even more support.
