I have a passion for women's health and fitness, particularly in helping women navigate the transitional time from perimenopause to postmenopause.

I started my fitness journey many years ago at the age of 19. It was my New Year's resolution to attend exercise classes three times a week. It's the only resolution I've ever kept; I don't make them any more.
I went from attending classes to teaching them.
I haven't looked back.

I've always enjoyed fitness, but now I not only enjoy it, but I also understand the importance of exercise and a healthier lifestyle, and the significant difference it can make to our mental and physical wellbeing.
By combining a sensible eating plan (most of the time, treats most definitely allowed), and some movement, you'll be able to improve your overall health, boost your energy levels, and enhance your quality of life.

I've gained my experience in menopause by working as a menopause advisor for over two years with the NHS, providing one-on-one consultations and education to their staff. With my passion and knowledge in fitness and nutrition, it was the perfect combination to help women take charge of their menopause journey. I also delivered the menopause exercise programme, which was a rewarding experience.​
